- Product Condition: Skincare products must be returned in their original condition and packaging with all the pieces.

- Time Frame: You may return eligible products within 15 days from the date of delivery for a exchange. Beyond this period, we may not accept returns. All sales are final.

- Return Authorization: Our Customer Service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions for returning the product.

- Packaging: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging or in a sturdy box to prevent damage during return shipping.

- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

  1. Refunds and Exchanges

- Refunds: All sales are final.

- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, size, or color, please indicate this in your return request email. We will do our best to accommodate your exchange request, subject to product availability. If you wish to exchange your item for a different product that is more expensive you will be responsible for paying the price difference.

- Damaged or Defective Products:  If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We may require photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging to assist with processing your replacement.
